Original Blend

Tasting Notes: Rich and well-balanced, enhanced by brightness and acidity. A hint of spiciness in the aroma.

The first blend ever created at SPINELLI COFFEE. It’s defining characteristics are the incredible richness and a heavy body. Experience its richness by ‘rolling’ the coffee on the back of your tongue, or swishing it around in the back of your mouth to feel the weight of the liquid.

Mocha Java Blend

Tasting Notes: Rich, mild, pungent and complex. Medium body and winey.

Complex with a rich and wild aroma, rounded off with a full heavy body. It has a distinct winey flavour that entices your tastebuds. Best enjoyed using a drip coffee maker, Moka Pot or French Press.

Extra Dark French

Tasting Notes: Full body, low acidity and the desired hint of charcoal.

The charcoal taste is the essence of our Extra Dark French, achieved by combining higher roasting temperatures with longer roasting time. This roasting technique demands high-grown, dense coffee beans that are able to withstand the heat and duration of the roasting process.
